U.S. customers come to China to visit the machines put in place by Chinese customers and discuss customized content.
The American customer visited us to use the machine that was purchased by the Chinese customer. During the visit, we discussed the customization details of the payment system, functions, appearance, size, and the drop-off location. This helped the American customer gain a more intuitive understanding of the cleaning process, drying process, and disinfection process. The customer highly appreciated our R&D automatic pet washing machine. Currently, we are communicating with the customer to finalize the details of cooperation. We have already started developing and customizing the full self-service dog washing equipment according to their requirements.
